AMY ROEGLER

In Amy’s Own Words

Although I have always been a reasonably fit person, I’m not a person who loves working out. I am passionate about how much I hate running. I am easily frustrated by challenging exercises. I have poor coordination. And I REALLY like Reese’s Peanutbutter Cups. Yet somehow, Nicky has helped to keep me motivated and fit for the last two years.

Within the first month of training with Nicky my long forgotten after having two kids abs returned. I continued training with Nicky and great changes kept coming. I got stronger. My energy level increased. I became much more motivated because I SAW and FELT the results of my training sessions. Nicky trained me outdoors during a massive rainstorm. Nicky trained me at 6am on several Saturdays. Nicky trained me on his way to the airport to make an international flight. Nicky was there, cheering me on and motivating me every step of the way.

After a year of training with Nicky I was in great shape. I decided to also focus on my nutrition to maximize my overall health. My nutrition was a lot like my fitness had been. Relatively good, could be better. Using Nicky’s nutrition plan was a shockingly easy adjustment. I cut out most unhealthy foods (while still have a peanutbutter cup or two), replaced them with healthy foods that I actually liked and quickly saw results. After dropping 13 pounds of fat (which frankly I didn’t even know I had to lose) in five weeks I shifted to Nicky’s maintenance plan and have been able to maintain my current state of fitness fabulosity.

I am still not a person who loves working out. Yet three times per week I run, execute challenging exercises with surprising agility, and prove to myself that I am MUCH more capable than I imagine thanks to Nicky’s positivity, motivation, and expertise.

In Nicky’s Own Words

Amy is a mother of 2 and an avid weekend soccer player who came to me when she found herself in average shape.

To unleash her inner athlete, she worked with me through the sports specific Phase of EPIC Lifestyle. I put her on a 4 week program of the EPIC Lifestyle nutrition plan with a high intensity Phase 1 workout 3 times a week designed to help her lose body fat rapidly.

In the next 4 weeks Amy lost 20 lbs and 27lbs of body fat! She changed her eating habits, her soccer improved, and now she’s enjoying her new physique thanks to a maintenance program that has helped her keep her goal weight stable!
