The Lizard craw is ideal for creating functional power and core strength in clients of any ability.
Here, I’m using it on a professional soccer player and an amateur boxer to increase their power output while keeping their core engaged. The use of the super band just adds the element of power to it, but the exercise can be performed without it too.
Get down on your hands and feet and crawl, first moving your right hand and left leg together and then your left hand and right leg. Keep your butt low to the ground and focus on fast-but-smooth movement. Find a target about 20 to 30 meters away and get there as fast as possible!
Repeat with a small rest between.
