Every session’s floor work should start with Walkouts. Walkouts are a full body exercise that works your core, shoulders, arms and stretches your hamstrings.
Start by standing up with your legs straight and reach down to touch your toes. Then walk your hands along the floor until you are in a pushup position. Put your chest on the ground and then walk your hands back to your feet while keeping your legs straight.
Do this anywhere from 10 to 30 times depending on your fitness level. Do it fast and without breaks to get a cardio workout as well.
Walkouts are a great start to the day when you get out of bed too! Do them strong, do them right and enjoy!
